- 2 kg fish (scorpion, galleon, pastanaka, smerna, pasty haddock or stonefish)
- 2 large onions
- Sweet and spicy red pepper (paprika)
- 1 hot pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato pastes
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 2 lemons
the onions and hot pepper, add the red pepper, tomatoes and place the fish. Add water (make sure it doesn’t cover the fish) and boil with the casserole covered. When it is almost ready, 5 minutes before pulling it out of the heat, add the lemon.
